How to Lose Your Beer Belly
The older men get, the higher probability for them to get a beer belly. This is because the body is finding it more and more difficult eliminating weight as it grows older. Now is the time to lose your beer belly.
Just remember, it's not easy to lose a beer belly and it is something that will take hard work.By staying on this program you'll see amazing results.
Maintain a workout schedule. Change your lifestyle to include regular workouts. Make it a part of who you are. Working out should be a regular part of your daily routine. At the bare minimum, you should dedicate 30 minutes of your day to working out. Setting aside 30 minutes of your time is a piece of cake, right? When you combine all those “30 minute workouts” you’ll get 16 hours of workout time per month. It will require minimum effort on your part (30 minutes per day) with mind blowing results in the future.
Watch what you eat!
Many people I know have the wrong approach to changing dietary patterns and habits. They focus on foods to eliminate.
Basically, just about everyone from a health perspective that is, would like a diet free of beer, processed food and midnight snacks, right? Subtraction by addition, that’s the trick I believe most people could use to change their diet. This approach will put a whole new meaning to how we view dietary programs.
As an aside, if you're in search of the best workout program that has a great diet program, I highly suggest you read my Vince Delmonte Review.
First of all, you should decide what healthy foods you enjoy and suits you best. Let’s say you picked vegetable juice. A fresh salad is also another option. And then you get home from work and start craving your cold beer. Obviously, you’ve had a hard day and just want to put up your feet and relax, right? But instead of going for the beer right away, you could talk yourself into drinking your fresh juice first. This small move can actually change your life for the better. You can also do this with other foods and pretty soon, you’ll find that you’re eating healthier foods than bad ones.
This idea is called subtraction by addition. You'll start to realize over time that even your cravings will change. If you want a doughnut or a hamburger, go ahead and have it, but just make sure you first eat whatever health food you chose for that day. Pretty soon you're stomach will actually shrink in size. Given enough time your body will get cleaner and you'll start feeling how toxic your current diet is.
Here's some good stomach exercises to try:
Bicycle Exercise
Bar twists
Ab Rocker
Captain's Chair Leg Raise
Exercise Ball Crunch
Vertical Leg Crunch
Plank on Elbows and Toes
Traditional situps
Torso Track
Ab rollers
Reverse Crunch
Don't forget to strengthen your core at the same time you're losing weight. You'll feel better and look better in no time flat.
Bartenders -- What kind of person orders a Rum and Cranberry?
Stupid, I know. But I kind of care what my drink says about me. I used to drink vodka sodas - but then a bartender told me that's basically a drink for white chicks on diets. I like wine, but it seems stupid to order it at a bar. Beer is fine, but I like an actual cocktail. I like gin and tonic, but it seems like that sends a weird message.
Rum and cranberry? Sounds good. But what does it say about my personality?
What is a good drink that says classy but fun, smart but laid back, humble but a winner, and a little hedonistic but in control?
If a person likes it then they like it. Is there actual a "type" of person that orders a specific drink? Only in your mind. Rum is a great drink bit for me its not great with cranberry juice.
