Global Knives - Knife Sets For Real Chefs

As a chef I have to use a knife everyday. They are the tools of my trade. That's why I use Global knives. That's why I recently bought The 9 Piece Block Set from Global.

I remember when I bought my first knives as an apprentice. I bought two.
